Stanley Cyclone Center Celebrates Grand Opening

Santa Fe County celebrated the new Stanley Cyclone Center Equestrian and Multi-Purpose facility to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony held on May 6.Santa Fe County celebrated the new Stanley Cyclone Center Equestrian and Multi-Purpose facility to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony held on May 6. The 41,949 square foot structure is a pre-engineered metal building consisting of administration offices, classroom/training rooms, public restrooms, storage area, a concessions area with food warming / preparation capabilities, and a large multi-purpose space accessible by eight 18’x 12’ overhead doors. The facility can be used for rodeos and equestrian events as well as other public ceremonies and events. The facility, located in Stanley, NM, was design by Lorn Tryk Architects of Santa Fe and built by Weil Construction of Albuquerque. The ribbon cutting ceremony held on May 6 paid tribute to the graduates of Stanley High School, the ‘Cyclones’.
