Leadership
CHRIS WEIL, President and Owner of Weil Construction, founded the company in 2005 with a vision of building lasting relationships with customers, designers, subcontractors and suppliers through a true partnering approach that delivers quality construction on-time and in-budget. Chris has a degree in Construction Management and more than 28 years of experience in commercial construction for private sector owners, public institutions, and the federal government. Chris’ personalized, hands-on approach to construction assures owners of projects that are well-managed from start to finish and successfully delivered with a focus on customer satisfaction. He has also been honored with a variety of awards for his support of minority, women-owned, and service disabled veteran small businesses in the communities served by Weil Construction.
ANTONIO GARCIA, has 23 years of experience that includes: Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and VP of Operations. As Vice President of Weil Construction, Antonio brings extensive knowledge and experience in a wide variety of facility types including educational facilities, medical facilities, administrative and government buildings, and multipurpose facilities for the federal government, non-federal public agencies, and private commercial organizations.

It is Weil’s policy to perform work in the safest manner possible consistent with good construction practices. To fulfill the requirements of this policy, an organized and effective safety program is carried out at each location where work is performed. Our Project Superintendents are responsible for seeing that the Weil Construction Safety Program is fully implemented on the job site. The Superintendent is responsible for job site safety of workers, owner personnel and the general public.
Keeping Safety as our top priority is also the responsibility of each Weil Construction Project Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, and field worker all the way up to the President of Weil Construction. A constant and continual focus on safety communicates to workers, subcontractors and owners the critical importance of safety on each and every project.
Weil Construction Inc., its employees and subcontractors, comply with all applicable portions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as all Federal, State and Local ES&H requirements. Weil Construction's current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is as follow: 0.77 - 2023-2024; 0.77 - 2022-2023; 0.75 - 2021-2022; 0.77 - 2020-2021.
